NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-027454 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. MATHOS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM/2:00PM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 150.00 feet of the West 1191.00 feet of the South 313.00 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 22 East,HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida. LESS the South 22.00 feet thereof for Colson Road Maintained Right-of-Way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
