NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-07421 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Gare du Nord, LLC, as Successor in Interest to Kondaur Capital Corporation, as Successor in Interest to DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Bernell Young, is the defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 66, ARMENIA ESTATES REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOK 28, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
