NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2013, and entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-025929 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is Plaintiff, and Luis F. Tamayo, Betty A. Gebhart, Heather Lakes at Brandon Community Association, Inc., John Doe a/k/a Dee Wilkins and Ford Motor Credit Company are the Defendants.
Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK F, HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXXVI PHASE B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1305 Cedar Rock Place, Brandon, FL 33511.
Together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
