Final Judgment was awarded on October 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-011653, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff, and, ABUAHMAD KARIM; TASMIA KARIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABUAHMAD KARIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TASMIA KARIM; NORTH OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
