NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028468 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Toni Alvarez,Trace T. Alvarez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
TRACT BEGINNING 248.8 FEET EAST AND 325.59 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND RUN NORTH 81.39 FEET; THENCE EAST 163.67 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF A 50.00 FOOT STREET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID 50.00 FOOT STREET TO A POINT 163.84 FEET DUE EAST OF THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 163.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
