NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002411, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and LARRY BARTER A/K/A LAWRENCE BARTER; W. LEE BRANT A/K/A WILMA LEE BRANT; WHISPER LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 33, OF WHISPER LAKE CONDOMINIUM. A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
