Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-11833, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Centennial Bank, successor-in-interest to Heritage Bank of Florida, and against the Defendants, JVL Enterprises Ltd. Co., 5th Avenue Lofts of Ybor City Condominium Association, Inc., and Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession n/k/a Gary Russo and Melanie Russo, jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 2, Building 2, 5th AVENUE LOFTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15827, Page(s) 1655 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
