NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020164 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Gregory J. Sorenson; Unknown Spouse of Gregory J. Sorenson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 70 FEET OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK L. DUNEDIN ISLES COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
