NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09001429CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-11 is the Plaintiff and TROY C MCCOY A/K/A TROY CLIFFORD MCCOY; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PATRICIA E. MCCOY A/K/A PATRICIA EARLEEN MCCOY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK A, NORTH RIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
