NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-007242 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and ALISON PAINTER, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A THERESA REYES, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85C, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR - UNIT 2-REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
