Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and JRS Ventures Co., et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 7th day of April, 2014, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Less the North 23.5 feet thereof, and Lots 4 and 5, Missouri Heights, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 26, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT road right-of-way.
The parcel number is 22/29/15/58230/000/0030. The address is 1315 South Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33756.
