NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006304CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Andrian J Powell,Julie Geary Powell also known as Julie G Powell,PFM Investments, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company,Tenant # 1 also known as Nicola Powell,Tenant # 5 also known as John Powell,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

MARSHALL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 31 AND RUN THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF MARSHALL STREET THREE FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 31; RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.PARCEL II: THE SOUTH 43 FEET OF LOT 30, E.A.
