Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 10, BUILDING B, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WILLOW BROOKE CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A KINGS HIGHWAY CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6165, PAGES 317 THROUGH 365; AMENDED IN O.R. 9497, PAGES 1171 THROUGH 1235 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 101 THROUGH 104, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2052 KINGS HIGHWAY, UNIT 10, CLEARWATER, FL 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
