Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 3, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 24, COUNTRYSIDE-TRACT 56, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 33-35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3209 HYDE PARK DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
