YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PATIO CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 12-D, PATIO CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE III, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4816, page(s) 1092 through 1147, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, pages 63 through 67, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2237-D Lark Circle West, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 03/31/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
