THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 9, WILSON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO ALL, IF ANY, VALID EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO MYRIAM LOPEZ FROM JUAN CASTRO IN A DEED DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 2011 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 22, 2011 IN BOOK 1736 PAGE 1250.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
