NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA013560XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID C. LANGE A/K/A DAVID LANGE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 310, GROTON HOUSE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWN SHORES OF GOLFPORT NO. 204, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3434, PAGE 182, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 93 AND 94, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
