NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522013CA002082XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Springleaf Home Equity, Inc., formerly known as American General Home Equity, Inc., is Plaintiff and Mary Lynne Amato, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 42, together with the Westerly 2.5 feet of Lot 43, Woodbrook Gardens 1st Addition, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 95, said lands situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
