NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011CA011501XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-SD1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Hilda Boykin and Unknown Spouse of Hilda Boykin, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain land situate in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 38, Harbordale, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
