NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA008260XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR POPULAR ABS, INC., SERIES 2007-A, is Plaintiff and Alan J. Carter, Eleanor K. Carter; and James Carter, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 8.3 feet of Lot 22 and the West 53.0 feet of Lot 21, Block F, Seminole Lake Village 1st Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 19 through 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with improvement located thereon.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
