YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6 ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 2941C, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, A Condominium according to Declaration of Condominium dated February 5, 1981 and filed February 12, 1981 in Official Records Book 5148, Page 1514, etc., as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above described unit. With the following street address: 2941 Bough Avenue, #C, Clearwater, Florida 33760
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before March 31, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
