NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-001210-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 17th day of March, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 210, ISLAND WALK CONDOMINIUM I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5360, PAGE 1970 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 73 THROUGH 89 TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE #022 AND STORAGE 5-9, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
