BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff and THE PATRICIA ANN BURNS LIVING TRUST; PATRICIA ANN BURNS; PATRICIA ANN BURNS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICIA BURNS LIVING TRUST; AMANDA PRIMROSE; ET AL, are defendants.
