NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Wednesday. January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008454 CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and , JOHN A. BENNETT, NANCY A. BENNETT and SAVANNAH POINTE HOMEOWONERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on APRIL 22, 2014 to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at https://PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
