NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-19303-CI DIV 7, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein MCCORMICK 106, LLC is Plaintiff and JACINTO CASTELLANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACINTO CASTELLANO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57 AND 57-A OF AMBLESIDE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
