NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09017853CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and BEAVER K. GAMBLE A/K/A BEAVER KEITH GAMBLE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BEAVER K. GAMBLE A/K/A BEAVER KEITH GAMBLE IF ANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31st day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, OF PLAN OF BOCA CIEGA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 73 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
