NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011779 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Charles R. Kiefriter and Anna V. Kiefriter, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 60, WEXFORD LEAS, UNIT 7-C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 14 AND 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
