NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014670 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Darrell L. Paquin and Kim M. Paquin, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 62, CLUBHOUSE ESTATES OF COUNTRYSIDE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
