NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-000345 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-19, Plaintiff and Sam Dallas and Christina Dallas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 77, MEADOWLAWN CARDINAL ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
