YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 407 of Seville Condominium 11, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Book 3778 at Pages 40-140, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8 at Pages 33-37, inclusive, of the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the Grantor's fee simple interest in and to the undivided 2.3873% share in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto and the carport space previously assigned to Grantee, as shown on the Condominium Plat herein described, together with all easement rights and privileges as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Steven H. Mezer, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3913, Tampa, Florida 33601, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
