NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10011916CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, BARBARA ORE CASPER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNT OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 17, BLOCK 1, FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
