NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-012699-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR QUEST TRUST 2006-X2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-X2, is the Plaintiff and PABLO ALVAREZ; NICHOLE L. ALVAREZ A/K/A NICHOLE ALVAREZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CLEARWATER COURTHOUSE; TRANSFIELD SERVICES INFRASTRUCTURE INC. F/K/A VMS MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK A, FAIRVIEW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 96-97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
