NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-002653 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KENNETH D. KEEFE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KENNETH D. KEEFE LIVING TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 1989, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE KENNETH D. KEEFE, TRUSTEE OF THE KENNETH D. KEEFE LIVING TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 1989, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A DAVID MEADE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A JACLYN SMITH, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, OAK GROVE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
