NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2013, and the Court's Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 13, VILLAGE OF WOODLAND HILLS UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
