Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before March 31 2014, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended complaint or petition. Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 310, Lakeview West Building, Terrace Park of Five Towns No. 12, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 118 and 119, and being further described int hat certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4766, Page 1203, et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
