YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit G-3 Building No. 133 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON Village I-#1, Phase XVII, according to condominium Plat Book 74, Pages 57-61, amended to include Phase XVII in Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 57-63, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. book 5702, Page 1317, amended to included Phase XVII in O.R. Book 5764, Page 123 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
