NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-001338-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER TERRAZAS A/K/A JENNIFER ANN KESELESKI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 707, Building No. 7, of VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in that Declaration of Condominium shown in the Official Records Book 14909, Page 1961, together with an undivided interest or share in common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
