Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 24, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
A PARCEL OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT 120, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS UNIT ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 9 THROUGH 12, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE EASTERLY MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 120 SAID POINT BEING OF BEGINNING, SAID POINT LYING ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF IVY TERRACE; THENCE FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 47 DEGREES 06' 12” WEST, 161.48 FEET; THENCE NORTH 10 DEGREES 23' 40” WEST 23.60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 24' 00” EAST, 157.46 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 80 DEGREES 36' 05” EAST, 79.41 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF IVY TERRACE SAID POINT OF INTERSECTION LYING ON A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE OF AN ARC DISTANCE OF 80.51 FEET THROUGH A DELTA ANGLE OF 92 DEGREES 15' 18” TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. and commonly known as: 50 IVY TERRACE, OLDSMAR, FL 34677; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
