I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 82, TERRACINA AT VINEYARDS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, at Pages 88 through 93 inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
