NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1000627CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-16 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and NANCY K. PRIOR, VINCENT W. PRIOR, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 188, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO.6, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 TO 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
