RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031761-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, is Plaintiff, and CRAIG R. BRYAN, SR A/K/A CRAIG R. BRYAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 457, SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1C, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 61, Page(s)102 through 113, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
