NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated December 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-025568-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 27th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
