NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008055 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and Eugene J. Townsend a/k/a Eugene Townsend, Lores A. Townsend, , are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
