Levin, Terri Ann Levin, Citibank, N.A. f/k/a Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, River Club Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Stacy Levin, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
