NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002720 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR18 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and Wayne Lee Wright A/K/A Wayne L. Wright, Onewest Bank, Fsb, Successor In Interest To Indymac Bank, F.S.B., Progressive American Insurance Company, A/S/O Brian Rohrs, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on January 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

Lying And Being In Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida.
