NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA1638 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and FRANK
ROE, SHA WNA ROE, et al. are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, KINGSFIELD, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 20 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
