Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 9, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 95, RIVER WOODS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERETO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 124-132 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11208 28TH STREET CIR E, PARRISH, FL 34219; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
