NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005279 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD4 is the Plaintiff and Page M. Watkins A/K/A Page M. Parrish, Anthony Watkins A/K/A Anthony Neil Watkins, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on January 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
