NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Manatee Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 102, Lena Commons Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1921, Page 7847, and as amended and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 32 through 35, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., electronically online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
