Final Judgment was awarded on December 3, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009CA021771NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, SUSAN PETRECCA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM R. SUZOR, DECEASED; THIERRY GOUERY; DANIELLE CALVO; NANCY L.K. TAGUE; WILLIAM A. KUNER, JR.; RUBY M.K. SMITH; PATRICIA P.K. SMITH; AND HARLEY J. SUZOR, SR.,; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 10, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26 AND LOT 28 AND THE NORTH 16 FEET OF LOT 30, BLOCK “B”, WASHINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TAX PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 2027-16-0084
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
